Leia is starting off our family site by sharing that she had the idea to pick her own snap peas and chard from the garden and came up with this recipe for her fried rice breakfast. Miki doesn't usually like vegetables in the early morning hours but seems Leia does. She had a recent owie on her cheek by falling from a swing yesterday at school. She also had a bad earache yesterday, but she’s feeling good this morning. She also cut the veggies up herself with the safe knife and her own cutting board, and she mixed the egg herself.
